	1. Q. How long before my order is shipped?
	A. We usually ship out within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Many times we will ship out same day. Back to top

	2. Q. Do you ship internationally?
	A. Yes, we will ship ANYWHERE in the world (If it's legal!). When placing an order, just indicate your complete shipping information & a shipping quote will be sent to you. Check out our Shipping page for more info. Back to top

	4. Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
	A. We accept personal checks and money orders. The latter is our preferred method. We do accept PayPal. We charge a convenience fee of $0.50. We do this merely to keep prices low, not because we are greedy. Back to top

	7. Q. What method do you use to grade your vinyl?
	A. We adhere to the GoldMine standard. All grading is based on visual inspection only. We try to take into consideration the sound quality as much as possible, but given the sheer amount of records that we have, it is not always possible. Back to top
